I am a registered nurse, personal trainer, and former military service member who understands that real strength is built through structure, resilience, and grit. Femme Fatale Fitness was created for women who want to feel powerful in their bodies and confident in their decisions-without burning themselves out in the process.

I have spent many years as a single mother balancing service, career, and family, and I know firsthand what it means to carry responsibility while still choosing yourself. My approach honors discipline, but it also honors sustainability, grace, and real life.

Femme Fatale is built on pack energy. We don’t chase motivation. We build consistency. We don’t look for shortcuts, we commit to the process. Strength isn’t loud or aggressive; it’s steady, earned, and deeply personal.

My role as a coach is to guide, support, and challenge you while helping you build habits and confidence that last far beyond a program timeline.
